Payment for Reservations

A 50% payment is due at the time of reservation. Payment in full is due 60, 90 or 120 days prior to departure depending on the trip.

Price Guarantee

Epikkos guarantees the package price only when paid in full at the time of booking.

Reservation Changes

Any changes made to the itinerary after it is paid in full will be charged a $49.00 change fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

​

Cancellation by Epikkos. If Epikkos cancels a trip for any reason, including due to the cancellation, postponement or relocation of the applicable event, Epikkos will refund 100% of the amounts paid to Epikkos for that trip. This refund is the guest’s sole and exclusive remedy for such cancellation. Epikkos is not responsible for any other costs, including airfare or other travel arrangements booked separately by the guest.

Cancellation by Guest. A guest may cancel a booking by written notice to Epikkos at www.Epikkos.com">web@www.Epikkos.com. The cancellation is effective on the date Epikkos receives such notice. Epikkos will refund the amounts paid to Epikkos for such booking, less the applicable cancellation fee set forth below. Such cancellation fee reflects Epikkos’s reasonable estimate of the non-recoverable costs it incurs as departure approaches.

If a guest cancels, Epikkos will deduct the following cancellation fees from the guest's refund:

​

• Cancellations made 120 or more days before departure = $100.00 per person

• Cancellations made 60-119 days before departure = 25% of the total package price

• Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure = 50% of the total package price

• Cancellations made 29 or fewer days before departure = 100% of the total package price (no refund)

Travel Insurance

epikkos does not offer travel insurance. Travelers are advised that travel insurance can be purchased to cover lost or damaged baggage, medical needs, trip cancellation, and certain travel-related accidents. epikkos strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance from a licensed insurance company to cover losses due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent or delay your trip.

Physical Mobility Limitations

Please let us know if you have any physical mobility limitations in writing so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

Airline Tickets & Baggage Fees

The majority of epikkos travel packages do not include airline tickets. Please check your itinerary carefully. Fees for checked bags vary by airline. Please check with your carrier for the most up-to-date information, limits and fees. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice.

Travel Itinerary and Merchandise

You will receive your final travel itinerary via email approximately two weeks prior to your departure.  It will include details about the hotel, experiences and more.

In most cases, the merchandise item included with your travel package will be mailed to you two weeks prior to your departure.

​

Photo Release

The purchaser of a Epikkos travel package grants unrestricted right and license to use the purchaser’s likeness of any live or recorded video and photograph taken in connection with the event being attended or otherwise to the participating clubs, league, entities affiliated with the league or participating clubs, and their respective agents.

Hotel Policy

Requests for specific room types or specific bedding are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Hotels generally require a credit card upon check-in to cover incidental hotel charges. Participants are individually responsible for all incidental charges. All incidental charges are to be paid directly to the hotel by the participant upon check-out.

Responsibility

The responsibility of epikkos is limited. epikkos acts as agent for supplier principals, such as airlines and hotels, who furnish lodging and other services, and who are identified on epikkos web site and other promotional materials, itineraries, and travel documents. epikkos further shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay to any person, property (including baggage) or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services provided by such principles. You agree that epikkos is not responsible for any potential risks and or hazards associated with travel to destinations listed on the website. epikkos further shall not be liable for any damages to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, illness, local laws, weather, cancellation of baseball games, strikes, thefts, pilferage, defaults, additional state or local taxes assessed once travel commences, or cancellation of, or delays of, or changes in itineraries or schedules. epikkos reserves the right to withdraw, at any time, any package or accommodations represented in its promotional materials, and to substitute hotels, or alter the itinerary as it may deem necessary. No refund for any unused portion of the travel package can be made. The passenger contract in use by the airlines concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these travel packages.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to, negligence, shall we, any MLB entity, and/or our providers or distributors, be liable for any damages to or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing on the site, or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, audio, or other information from the site. In no event shall we, any MLB entity, and/or our providers or distributors, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, that arise out of or are in any way connected with the use, or the inability to use, the site or the services or materials on the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our aggregate liability, or that of our providers or distributors, exceed the total charges set forth in the itinerary giving rise to any such liability. Any claim or cause of action arising from, or relating to, your access and use of, or purchase of products and/or services from the site, must be brought within one (1) year from the date on which such claim or action arose or accrued or purchase was complete. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Your use of the site shall be at your own risk. We are acting as an intermediary or as an agent for providers of travel-related products and/or services by promoting, selling or accepting reservations or bookings for such products and/or services (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, travel insurance, etc.)

Notice

Unless otherwise provided herein, notices given by epikkos to you will be given by e-mail or by conventional mail. Notices will be sent to the e-mail address or mailing address you provide to epikkos as part of the registration process, or to updated addresses which you provide to epikkos via notice consistent with this paragraph. Notices given by you to epikkos must be given by e-mail to web@www.epikkos.com or such updated address and number as epikkos may provide you consistently with this notice provision. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, it is your sole responsibility to update your address for notices hereunder, and notice sent to the e-mail or conventional mailing address last provided by you to epikkos shall be valid and binding on you regardless of whether such address has been changed, canceled, has expired, has been terminated, or otherwise becomes inoperative. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California notwithstanding any conflict of laws provisions. You irrevocably and unconditionally: (i) consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the State of California (the “California Courts”) for any litigation or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, (ii) agree not to commence any litigation arising out of or relating to this Agreement except in the California Courts and (iii) agree not to plead or claim that such litigation brought therein has been brought in an inconvenient forum. If any provision(s) of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect. Any failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing. The section titles in this Agreement are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance. This Agreement may be assigned in whole or in part by Epikkos, the Company. This Agreement may not be assigned in any manner by you without the express, prior written permission of epikkos, the Company.

The receipt by epikkos of your payment signifies that you have read and agree to these conditions.
