How can we help?

With most of our travel packages, airfare is not included. However, for our Road Trip travel packages we do offer optional group flights for an additional price that can be added to your reservation.We do sometimes include airfare for select travel packages. When airfare is included with a travel package, it is clearly stated in the description as an inclusion.

Group flights are not charter flights. We reserve seats on regularly scheduled commercial flights published by the airline. Because these are commercial flights, schedules are subject to change by the airline, and we will notify you if any changes occur.

You can expect to receive your final travel itinerary via email two weeks prior to your departure.  Your game tickets will be available via the Ballpark App about one week prior to your departure.  Your custom merchandise will be shipped to you approximately two weeks prior to your departure.

Games are played under Major League Baseball’s rain policy. If a game is called after it is considered an official game (typically after 4½ or 5 innings, depending on the situation), it is considered complete and no refunds are issued. If a game is canceled before it becomes official, the team’s refund policy will apply. If you have questions about a specific game, please contact us.

Guests will be attending a game the same day as the event so casual, neat, and comfortable attire is recommended.
